Privacy Policy

This policy applies to SplashZone, HushLittlePC, PrintaView, and What-N-When (the "Apps"), made available by Will Ryan ("I", "me", or "my"). It describes how the Apps handle information.

Information handled by the Apps

The Apps are designed to process their content and settings on your device. I do not operate an account system for the Apps, and the Apps do not send your files, settings, usage data, diagnostics, or other App data to me. The Apps do not include my own analytics, telemetry, crash-reporting, or advertising collection.

PrintaView displays image and PDF files that you select on your device. HushLittlePC manages sound-related functionality and settings on your Windows device. SplashZone runs as a screensaver on your Roku device. What-N-When uses Notion OAuth to make requests directly to Notion for the information needed to display your authorized Notion Calendar. I do not receive your Notion credentials, OAuth authorization, or calendar information. Notion receives and processes requests under its own privacy policy and terms. You can revoke the App's authorization through your Notion account settings.

The Apps may need to handle information or authorization locally on your device to provide their features. The operating system, device platform, or store through which you install or use an App may separately process technical or usage information under its own terms and privacy policy. I do not control those practices.

Information you send to support

If you email support@willryan.ca, I receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to and manage your request. Your email service provider also processes the message. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support.

Retention and security

I do not receive or keep App data on my own systems. Information in support emails is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, keep support records, or meet legal obligations. No method of local storage or electronic communication can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Apps. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact me at the address above.

Changes and contact

I may update this policy when the Apps or their data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date. For privacy questions, contact support@willryan.ca.
